Pros And Cons Of Your Business
Who doesn’t dream about having his/her own company? Well everyone dreams of being their own boss, everyone wants to work their own chosen hours, no one to dictate you and you have all the powers and authority you need, no one to scold you whether you come late or not, you sign all the checks and earn lots of money, don’t limitations of getting money only after a month just like in jobs. It’s a wish come true when you are able to set your company.
Pros and cons of your own setup:
If you are thinking to open your own business centre, shop, salon or bakery etc in the city of Dubai then you are in the range of pros and cons both. Although there aren’t any certainties but the usual trend shows that you are going to have advantages. Lots of them!
Pro:
The first advantage of setting up a business Dubai is people develop their own working hours. No 8 to 4 or 9 to 5 timings. Work whenever you want till whenever you want. Want to take rest on Saturday (Friday is normally the off day in UAE) you can! nobody can stop you.
Con:
The first con is while running your own company you will have to work a lot more as compared to what you did while working for someone else. As doing your own trade you will have to keep an eye on everything.
Pro:
Even if you are 2 hours late or do anything wrong like misplacing a report or mishandling a client, no one will dare you ask something. You are questionable to no one. So you can make mistakes and learn from them to be better in the future.
Con:
When running a company of yourself, all by yourself you are responsible for everything. As you are the boss there won’t be anyone else to make a decision on your behalf or no one will take over. In short there won’t be anyone for much help and you will have to take the responsibility.
Pro:
By doing all the works by yourself and also supervising your staff you will become an all-rounder who can manage all the works and responsibilities. Everything productive will go through your eyes and it only helps you develop yourself into a good manager, CEO etc by increasing your skills and experience.
Con:
Setting up a business in Dubai can be hectic as well. You might enjoy all the responsibilities in the early stages but you may also get overburdened by the tasks you have to accomplish and that too on your own. Responsibilities can be demanding, daunting and very tiresome.
